HCL Technologies, the country’s third-largest software services firm, has announced a one-time bonus program for its over 1.5 lakh employees worth Rs 700 crore to mark the milestone of the company’s revenues crossed the $10 billion revenue milestone for 2020.
“In celebration and gratitude all employees with one year of service or greater will receive a bonus, the equivalent of 10 days’ salary,” HCL stated in a notification to exchanges.
